My overall experience with 99designs was excellent. Not only can you walk away with everything you were looking for in terms of design and what not, it is a very fun, user friendly and cost effective way of doing so. 99designs walks you through the entire process everyday while your contest is running. Nothing was confusing in launching and running a contest thanks to 99designs. I highly recommend this website!
