I love how 99designs makes it so you can have multiple designers working on your project at one time. I wasn't totally happy with the fact that I wanted a wordpress theme designed and found out later you only get the graphics for the theme. You have to pay an extra charge to get the graphics turned into a site for you. We were quoted over $2000 to have it coded which was 10 times the amount we wanted to pay to have it coded.
