A Personal Boardroom is a group of 6-12 people, drawn from across your network - both distant and close - who help you be the leader you want to be. Our company has a diagnostic tool that helps you identify how your Personal Boardroom could be better. We sell coaching and leadership development to large companies. Description
Cover for a paperback book for executives and business leaders. You have complete creative freedom. Please bear in mind this is for a business readership. We’ve experimented with our own ideas for design themes, and might offer this guidance later in the contest, but to start with we’d love fresh ideas we haven’t thought of.
The book will be printed on white paper using Amazon's CreateSpace and will also be sold on Kindle. The cover needs to work in both formats, and its thumbprint on Amazon needs to be striking and very visual. It needs to include the title, authors’ names, company logo (on back cover and spine), publisher name and address in small letters, a description and several quotes. We provide all the text (which has been finalised as far as possible) in the file attached.
The dimensions for the book are:

Number of pages: 215
To calculate the spine size, Amazon’s guidelines are to multiple the number of pages by 0.002252 so the spine size of this book = 0.48418” (1.230 cm)

Within the book, we talk about the 12 roles you need in your Personal
Boardroom. We illustrate each role with an icon. The idea is that the
6-12 people you choose for your Personal Boardroom will between them
fill all 12 roles (people can have more than one role, and each role
can be filled by more than one person). There is no obligation to
include the role icons on the cover, but we mention this in case it
inspires you in some way. We attach the role icons here.
Please note that there are 12 role icons. They are included in a
photoshop file, but each in a separate layer. When you open the file,
only one layer will be visible. I'm also attaching a pdf so you can
see the icons and role it is associated with.
