"Hey Doug! Appreciate the honest feedback very. much. And I definitely agree that the project could've gone smoother. It's just really difficult to land in a good place when you're not sure what you want. On my end, I felt confused and quite limited due to the fact we didn't have a direction in place to start with. Most of the work in my portfolio is in a different style, so that could've been an issue as well. In any case, I hope you make good use out of your new branding. Maybe we can tweak it later down the line as the business grows to ensure it's still the visual identity is still a reflection of brand mission and personality. Cheers! "
